I signed up for a subscription. When will I be charged?

Month-to-Month Subscription

If you sign up for a recurring subscription, you will be charged when you sign up initially. However, from that point forward, you will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month.

6 Month and 12-Month Pre-Paid Subscriptions

If you are on a 6 month or 12 month prepaid plan, your subscription will automatically renew after your last box.

If you would like to stop your subscription from renewing, you can manage your subscription through your customer portal by unchecking the auto-renewal box. For further assistance, please contact help@snoopslimes.co.

When will my box ship?

Subscription boxes ship between the 7th and 13th of each month. 

Can I skip a month?

Month-to-Month Subscription

Yes! If you would like to skip a month of your month-to-month subscription, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on your active subscription
  2. To skip a delivery, scroll to the bottom and click “skip this order”.

6 Month and 12-Month Pre-Paid Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?

We are so sorry to see you go! All you need to do is click on the link below and from there you can access your subscription and cancel or make any changes.

  1. You can click the link here to get started.
  2. Click on your active subscription
  3. To cancel your subscription, scroll to the bottom and click “cancel subscription”.

For pre-paid 6-month or annual plans, you can manage your plan’s auto-renewal through your Snoopslimes account. Just deselect the checkbox on your subscription and you’re good to go! Subscribers will receive an email notification reminder BEFORE the charge date for a subscription box plan if opted in for email notifications.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations do NOT apply to prepaid plans once a renewal has been processed. Prepaid plans are a commitment: you won't be able to cancel or request pro-rating or a refund. If you need assistance stopping the auto-renewal of your prepaid plan, please contact help@snoopslimes.co before your renewal date.
