When does the Slime Shop restock?
Our slime shop restocks every Friday at 6pm Central Time / 7pm Eastern Time. We release new slimes and restock our bestsellers - a perfect way to start your weekend.
What is included with each order?
Each package comes with everything you need to get started - all the items that you ordered, borax powder (the secret ingredient for a perfect slimy texture!), and an informative instruction card full of top tips on how to care for your slime.

When will I receive my order?
Our team works diligently to get your order out the door! You can expect 1-6 business days of processing before we drop it in the mailbox. Shipping times may vary, with US customers needing up to two weeks and international friends requiring a up to two months to receive their slime.
What are the payment methods available?
We accept a variety of debit and credit cards to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible! From Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express, Apple Pay, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.- we've got you covered.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the manufacturing and production of slime, we do not allow any cancellations. All sales are final. Please be sure of your purchase before placing your order.
If you have any urgent matter and need to request a cancellation, please email help@snoopslimes.co and we will investigate if your order is eligible for store credit or a return, as each scenario varies.
The return process must be initiated by the recipient with proof of shipping label. Orders that are initiated for returns must be unopened and untouched.
Please ensure that you reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. After the 5-day window, we cannot offer a solution for your order.
How do I change my address for my order?
We are not responsible for the order being shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible to input the correct address and review it to ensure it is accurate.

If you have any urgent matters and need to request a Friday restock order cancellation, please email help@snoopslimes.co on restock weekend by Sunday before 2 pm CT.
Cancellations are not guaranteed after this deadline.
Please note: Snoopslimes is not responsible for unauthorized purchases.
Cancellations do NOT apply to prepaid subscription plans. Prepaid subscription plans are a commitment: you won't be able to cancel and we will not pro-rate remaining boxes on a prepaid plan.

How do I change my address for my order?
On your account, there is an option to change your address. We recommend checking your address before purchasing.
We are not responsible for the order being shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible to input the correct address and review it to ensure it is accurate.

If you have any urgent matter and need to request an address change for a Friday restock order, please email help@snoopslimes.co on restock weekend by Sunday before 2 pm CT to request an address change.
Address change is not guaranteed after this deadline.

What comes inside a Snoopslimes Subscription Box?
Each Snoopslimes subscription box comes with 3 limited-edition slimes, a collectible information card, slime activator spray, a slime care guide and exclusive extras!

If I subscribe, when will I be charged?
All plans automatically renew depending on your plan.
Month-to-Month Subscription
If you sign up for a recurring subscription, you will be charged when you sign up initially. However, from that point forward, you will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month.
6 Month and 12-Month Pre-Paid Subscriptions
If you are on a 6 month or 12 month prepaid plan, your subscription will automatically renew after your last box.
After the initial month, you will be automatically charged on the 1st day of each month.
You can manage your plan’s auto-renewal through your Snoopslimes account. Just deselect the checkbox on your subscription and you’re good to go! Subscribers will receive an email notification reminder BEFORE the charge date for a subscription box plan if opted in for email notifications.
PLEASE NOTE: Prepaid plans are a commitment: you won't be able to cancel or request pro-rating or a refund. If you need assistance stopping the auto-renewal of your prepaid plan, please contact help@snoopslimes.co before your renewal date.
When will I receive my box?
All boxes will ship between the 7th and the 15th of the month.
Subscribers will receive tracking information at the email they sign up with.

Do you accept store credit or discount codes for the subscription box?
Store credit in the form of gift card codes can only be applied at checkout. Store credit cannot be applied to active subscriptions.
No discount codes will apply to month-to-month or prepaid subscription plans.
Subscribe & Save with Prepaid Plans! Save 17% off each subscription box with a 6-month prepaid plan OR 25% off with a 12-month prepaid plan.
Can I change my address for my subscription?
Yes! Please plan accordingly before your subscription renews on the 1st of the month that you are changing addresses.

Can I skip a month?
Yes! If you would like to skip a month of your month-to-month subscription, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on your active subscription
2. To skip a delivery, scroll to the bottom and click “skip this order”.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We are so sorry to see you go! All you need to do is click on the link below and from there you can access your subscription and cancel or make any changes.

3. To cancel your subscription, scroll to the bottom and click “cancel subscription”.
Please note: If you choose to cancel your prepaid subscription, your plan will not be renewed and you will receive the remaining prepaid boxes from your plan. Prepaid subscription plans are a commitment: you won't be able to cancel upcoming boxes once your plan renews and we will not prorate remaining boxes on a prepaid plan.
If you wish to cancel your prepaid subscription, please email help@snoopslimes.co to cancel before the renewal date (the 1st of the month after your last box) otherwise you will be charged for the next cycle of prepaid boxes.
Once you're charged on the renewal date, we will not be able to refund your upcoming prepaid boxes, but don’t worry! If you have email notifications enabled from us, you will receive a reminder from us 4 days before your renewal date.

How do I purchase a gift card?
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Snoopslimes digital gift card.

About our slimes
Are the slimes edible?
Keep in mind that slimes are strictly for fun, not consumption. All of the add-ons like charms, glitters or other extras are not edible. Consuming any part of your slime is a choking hazard that could make you very unwell.
If any part of slime is consumed, please contact your local poison control center. We are not responsible for the unsupervised consumption of anything from the package.
What age is the slime best for?
Slime is suitable for ages 8 and up and can provide hours of creative fun and sensory satisfaction.
How do I know which slime is best for me?

What kind of ingredients are in slime?
Primary ingredients include: Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA), Borax
May also contain: Colorant, Fragrance Oil (may contain peanuts), Mineral Oil, Glycerin, Alumina Silicate, Non-Toxic Craft Materials, Non-Toxic Absorbent Polymers
Slime is not recommended for those with eczema (sensitive skin) or who may have allergic reactions to the ingredients listed above or other household products.
How long should slimes last?
With proper care, slimes can last for a few months. However, it is normal for slimes to deflate or melt over time due to the nature of slime ingredients. All slimes expire over time, and it is unavoidable.
To keep your slime in a good state for as long as possible, make sure to wash your hands before playing and play on a clean surface to avoid debris or bacteria from getting into your slime.
After playing, store your slime in its airtight container and a cool environment. Reactivate your slime frequently using a slime activator to avoid your slime from melting. If your slime has reached a point that it is deflated to half of its size, it may be time for a new slime!
I'm purchasing slime for a gift. How early can I buy slime in advance?
If you are purchasing slime way in advance, slime may get sticky due to the nature of its ingredients, check out our slime care page to see how to fix sticky slime. Don't worry, we provide a slime care card and activator to fix it!

Tips on caring for your slime

To keep your slime in a good state for as long as possible, make sure to wash your hands before playing and play on a clean surface to avoid debris or bacteria from getting into your slime.
After playing, store your slime in an airtight container and a cool environment. Be sure to reactivate your slime frequently by using the slime activator included with your order.
What is a slime activator and how does it work?
Slime activator is a liquid solution of borax diluted water that is necessary to create and maintain slime in its proper gooey consistency through chemical reaction.
Every order will be provided with a bag of borax powder and instructions on creating a slime activator to fix sticky slime. Add a few drops of slime activator you’ve created into a sticky slime and knead until you reach your desired consistency. Make sure you don’t add too much activator at once to avoid over-activating your slime. Click here to watch a video on how to fix sticky slime!
Note: When handling borax, it’s always best to wear gloves.
How do I fix my sticky slime?
The components of your slime can cause it to become stickier than desired especially in warmer weather, To restore it to its desired consistency, simply add a small amount of activator and knead until you achieve the texture that works for you - but don't go overboard as too much can result in a stiff slime. I got slime on my carpet. What should I do?
Tackle stubborn slime stains with ease by combining a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and cold water. Test out the solution on delicate surfaces first to ensure it won't cause damage, then spritz onto the stain before using a soft brush to work away at any residue clinging firmly in place. Finally, use paper towels to absorb what remains until your area is spotless!
How do I fix my stiff slime?
Slimes can become stiff and hard especially in colder months due to slime ingredients. However, don’t worry! Multiple ways can easily fix this:
Opaque slimes: Add small amounts of unscented lotion to the slime and knead until you reach the desired consistency.
Clear slimes: Leave the slime in an airtight container in a warm place for a few days for the slime to thaw and soften up.

I just placed an order in your slime shop, when will my slime be shipped?
All orders require 1-6 business days of processing time for packaging (not including weekends and holidays) before they are shipped. Click here to find out more about the shipping process. Please note: this does not include weekends and major holidays. Delays in transit may occur due to postal operation errors, weather conditions, and holidays.

International Shipping Times
- DHL Priority: 6-18 business days (not including weekends, holidays, or processing time). Taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost.
- DHL Express: 2-14 business days (not including weekends, holidays, or processing time). Taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost. Fastest recommended shipping option for orders outside of the United States.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs depend on how much you order, where you live, and which shipping method you choose. You will see the shipping costs calculated on our checkout page before you make your purchase.
My package was marked as delivered, but is not here. What should I do?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, the carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Please check your mailbox, porch, garage, and neighbors.
In some cases, packages may show as ‘delivered’ but could take up to an additional 72 hours. If it has been over 72 hours from the ‘delivered’ status, file a claim with your chosen shipping service directly. At this time, we do not grant replacements for packages marked as “delivered”.

I paid for expedited delivery! Does that mean my slime will bypass the processing time?
Unfortunately, all orders require 1-6 business days of processing time for packaging (not including weekends and holidays) before they are shipped regardless of the shipping method you chose.

When will my subscription box be shipped?
All boxes will be shipped between the 7th and 15th of that month.
If you purchased a subscription box plan with slimes from our in-stock shop, your individual slimes will be shipped separately. Your subscription box will follow the shipping timeline indicated on our Subscription Box page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship internationally outside of the U.S. to most countries. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Please be aware that international shipments take longer than domestic shipments.
Customers are 100% responsible for any additional fees imposed by their respective countries during or after shipping (customs, duties, taxes, etc.). Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out the fees before placing an order.
My package was returned back to the sender. What happens now?
Invalid addresses are the most common reason packages are returned back to our warehouse. If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, contact help@snoopslimes.co and we will issue store credit or a refund for the order total.
Please be advised that we do not re-ship any returned packages for sanitary reasons.
How do I change my address after it’s been shipped out?
At this time, we cannot change the address of an order that has been processed and shipped out.

Tracking + Managing Orders
How do I track my order?
A shipping confirmation containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to the email or phone number you have provided once your order has been accepted for processing.
Note: Please allow 1-6 days for the tracking number of your order to be updated as processing time is needed before your order is handed off to USPS.
Once your package has shipped and scanned to your country, you may be able to track the package more efficiently using your local post office websites.

Returns + Exchanges
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Please email us at help@snoopslimes.co with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item. We will work to provide a solution for you typically within 2-3 business days.
My package or items are damaged. What should I do?
Please email us at help@snoopslimes.co with a full picture of the damaged item or package within 5 days of receipt of your order. Once proof is sent, we will work to provide a solution for you typically within 2-3 business days.
In most cases, we will provide you with a full refund or store credit for the damaged item. If a replacement is available, we will ship out a replacement for the damaged item.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of the receipt of your order. The time frame is made to ensure the solid proof is shown. If visual proof is not provided of the order within the timeframe, we will not be able to issue credit in the full amount of the order.
