About Monthly Boxes
Snoopslimes releases a new themed box every month. A month’s subscription box will be available to order from the 7th of the prior month to the 6th of the month of. (Ex: The December Subscription Box will be available to pre-order through a subscription plan from the 7th of November through the 6th of December.)
The deadline to secure a month’s subscription box, whether by purchasing an initial plan or reactivating a subscription, is the 6th of that box’s designated month.
Subscription box plans are excluded from discounts and sales.
Automatic Subscription Renewals
Upon starting your subscription plan, your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your preferred method of payment will be charged automatically for the cost of the subscription box, tax, and applicable shipping & handling fees until you cancel your membership.
Shipping Times and Deadlines
We ship subscription box orders between the 7th and the 15th of each month. If you purchase a box by any date before the 6th of the month at 11:59 pm Central Standard/Daylight Time, your first box will ship on the 2nd week of the same month.
If you sign up after that date, your box will ship the 2nd week of the following month. (Ex: Sign up on February 7th, your box will be shipped on the 2nd week of March with our March box).
The frequency of product delivery for month-to-month and prepaid plans is fixed to once a month. You will not be able to change the frequency of your subscription.
Monthly Plan (Pay as you go)
Monthly Fees. You will be charged $39 + tax + shipping & handling fees for every month you subscribe to Snoopslimes monthly slime box.
Shipping & Handling Fees. During checkout for your initial subscription order, your box’s shipping and handling fees will be calculated at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: All shipping fees will be calculated at the time of the automatic renewal. You can see your shipping cost after the automatic recurring subscription order is placed.
Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging in to your account, selecting your subscription manager, then clicking cancel next to the item.Once your plan is canceled, you can reactivate it at any time.
Managing Subscription. Month-to-month plans can be managed on your Snoopslimes profile portal under your subscription manager. From there, subscribers can skip boxes and cancel your subscription.
Prepaid Plans
Prepaid plans are a commitment and non-refundable. Once you purchase a prepaid plan, it will not be eligible for refunds for prepaid boxes delivered or remaining on your plan. Requests to cancel prepaid plans can be directed to our Snoopslimes Help Desk through our contact page or by emailing help@snoopslimes.co. Requests to cancel prepaid plans do not cancel boxes remaining on your plan. Once a prepaid plan automatically renews, it cannot be canceled.
Prepaid Annual Plan
Annual Fees. You will be automatically charged $351 + tax + shipping & handling fees for every 12-months you are subscribed to Snoopslimes annual prepaid plan. The automatic charge occurs on the 1st of the month a year after your initial subscription plan. You will receive a reminder 4-days ahead of your renewal date if you are opted in for emails from Snoopslimes.
Shipping & Handling Fees. The total shipping and handling cost for your prepaid annual subscription will be calculated at checkout with your initial subscription order. All recurring orders will have shipping & handling prepaid.

Prepaid 6-month Plan
6-Month Fees. You will be automatically charged for every 6-months you are subscribed to Snoopslimes annual prepaid plan. The automatic charge occurs on the 1st of the month 6 months after your initial subscription plan. You will receive a reminder 4-days ahead of your renewal date if you are opted in for emails from Snoopslimes.
Shipping & Handling Fees. The total shipping and handling cost for your prepaid 6-month subscription will be calculated at checkout with your initial subscription order. All recurring orders will have shipping & handling prepaid.
