Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure that your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please purchase no later than Friday, December 6th. We cannot guarantee that the orders placed after this date will be delivered on time for Christmas. Please see the list below for order deadlines based on your preferred shipping method : Domestic Shipping (48 Contiguous U.S. States, Hawaii, and Alaska): 

International Shipping Deadlines (DHL): 

  • DHL Priority: Order before November 15th for arrival before Christmas.
  • DHL Express: Order before November 22nd for arrival before Christmas.

🐰🎁 If I order the December subscription box, will it be here Christmas?Yes! If you are a domestic (U.S.) customer, your December subscription box will be under the tree by Christmas! For more information on shipping timelines, subscription plans, and details about the December subscription box, click here. Please note:U.S. domestic customers must be subscribed by December 6th to secure the December box for delivery before Christmas! U.S.S customers who subscribe after midnight on the 6th will receive their next box in January. 

🎁 Will my slime still be fresh if I order it now for Christmas?

Slime typically lasts 3-4 months unopened, but it may become sticky if it’s been sitting for longer than that or due to environmental factors like weather. If your slime is slightly frozen and more stiff, let it sit at room temperature for a few hours or knead + stretch your slime gently to warm it up to the perfect consistency. If your slime is sticky and melted, store it in a cool spot to let it firm up or use the borax powder from your slime care kit (that comes with every order) to create a liquid slime activator. Homemade slime activator can fix a sticky situation, but we also provide pre-made activator spray separately for your convenience. For more instructions on slime care, click here!
