Slime is a gooey substance that can be used for stress relief or sensory playing. The primary ingredients in slime are glue and borax (sodium borate) diluted water, so if you have sensitive skin, slime is not recommended for you.
Since the primary ingredients in slime are glue and borax (sodium borate), slime is NOT edible. Never consume slime or any items included with the slime (charms, fake sprinkles, glitters, borax powder, etc.) Since it will cause choking hazard and presumably make you ill.

Once you place an order, an email will be sent to the email you have provided with your order with a confirmation number of your payment. Once the item is shipped (typically within 3-7 days) another email will be sent with the tracking number for you to track your package.
Once we have received and confirmed your order payment, US domestic customers should expect their order to arrive within 1-2 weeks (not including production time). For international customers outside of US, it may take up to two (2) months depending on where you live.
Holiday shipments, international customs form, weather conditions, misspelled/outdated addresses, or failed delivery attempts might expect a delay with delivery.
Please email us if your order does not arrive within the approximate/expected time frame (email@example.com) if your order is lost due to the problem with the carrier (USPS) we will fully refund your order. If your order was lost due to incomplete or wrong address, we will are not responsible for those packages.
We package our slimes in a bubble mailer + bubble wrap to avoid this situation. However, there are chances that your slime could still be damaged. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a full picture of the package, slimes, and your order information and we will provide a solution to you typically within 3-6 days. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of your receipt of your order. The time frame is made to insure a solid proof is shown.
