What is included in my package?

All packages come with the items that you’ve purchased, borax powder (used to make slime activator), and a slime care instruction card.


What kind of ingredients are in slime?

Primary ingredients include: Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA), Borax

May also contain: Colorant, Fragrance Oil (may contain peanuts), Mineral Oil, Glycerin, Alumina Silicate, Non-Toxic Craft Materials, Non-Toxic Absorbent Polymers


Slime is not recommended for those with eczema (sensitive skin) or may have any allergic reactions of the ingredients listed above. Slime is recommended for ages 8+ and up.


Are slimes edible?

Slimes are not edible and are for playing purposes only. Never consume slime or any items included with the slime (charms, glitters, add-ons, etc.). It will cause choking hazard and presumably make you ill.


How long should slimes last?

With proper care, slimes can last for a few months. However, it is normal for slimes to deflate or melt over time due to the nature of slime ingredients. 


To keep your slime in a good state for as long as possible, make sure to wash your hands before playing and play on a clean surface to avoid debris or bacteria from getting into your slime. After playing, store your slime in an airtight container and a cool environment. Reactivate your slime frequently using slime activator to avoid your slime from melting.


What age is slime good for?

Slime is a fun and therapeutic toy that is recommended for ages 8 and up. Please keep slime away from children under 3 years old as slime poses risk for choking or accidental ingestion. We recommend slime products are given with adult supervision for ages 3-7 years old.


What are the payment methods available?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express, Apple Pay, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.

Holiday Shipping Guidelines

The busy holiday season is here! Please refer to the important dates below before placing your order. Slime is a handcrafted toy and our processing time frame is extended. Our current processing time is 3-6 full business days.


For Domestic (U.S) customers: to ensure that your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please purchase no later than Friday, December 10th (Our Christmas sale restock). We cannot guarantee that the orders placed after this date will be delivered on time for Christmas.


Please be aware that USPS has been experiencing delays in transit due to the demands during this holiday season. Please refer to the estimated shipping method transit times below.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

How do I track my order?

A shipping confirmation containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to the email or phone number you have provided once your order has shipped.


I provided the wrong address. Can I change the address to my order?

We are not responsible for the order being shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible to input the correct address and review it to ensure it is accurate. If you have any urgent matter and need to request an address change, please email help@snoopslimes.co by next day of the restock with your order number (Saturday before 9am CST) to request address change. Address change is not guaranteed after this deadline.


Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship internationally outside of the U.S. to most countries. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. It may take up to 2+ months for the slimes to deliver if it is encountered with customs or taxes. Please be aware that international shipments take longer than domestic shipments. Customers are 100% responsible for any additional fees imposed by their respective countries during or after shipping (customs, duties, taxes, etc.). Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out fees before placing an order. (Updated November 20th) Due to COVID-19, the U.S. Postal Service has suspended transportation to certain countries. Snoopslimes will refrain from accepting orders to countries listed in this link until further notice.

Currently, the U.S Postal Service is experiencing delays and disruptions with international packages. Please click this link to see if it applies to your destination.


My package says it is delivered but it is not here?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, the carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Please check your mailbox, porch, garage, and neighbors. In some cases, packages may show as ‘delivered’ but could take up to additional 48 hours. If it has been over 48 hours from the ‘delivered’ status, file a claim with USPS directly. We do not grant refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered”.


My package was returned back to the sender. What happens now?

Invalid addresses are the most common reason packages are returned back to our warehouse. If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, contact help@snoopslimes.co and we will issue a store credit for the order total. Please be advised that we do not re-ship any returned packages for sanitary reasons.


My package or items are damaged. What should I do?

Please email us at help@snoopslimes.co with a full picture of the damaged item or package to help@snoopslimes.co and we will work to provide a solution for you typically within 3-4 days. 


In most cases, we will provide you with a full refund or store credit for the damaged item. If a replacement is available, we will ship out a replacement for the damaged item.


Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of your receipt of your order. The time frame is made to ensure a solid proof is shown.


I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Please email us at help@snoopslimes.co with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item. We will work to provide a solution for you typically within 3-4 days.


Can I cancel my order?

Due to the manufacturing and production of slime, we do not allow any cancellations. All sales are final. Please be sure of your purchase before placing your order.


If you have any urgent matter and need to request order cancellation, please email help@snoopslimes.co by next day of the restock (Saturday before 9am CST) of your order to request cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed after this deadline.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?

All orders are final sale. Due to slime being a sensory toy for playing purposes, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for health and sanitary reasons. Slimes cannot be returned, even if it is unopened. 


Slime Questions & Care

What is a slime activator and how does it work?

Slime activator is a liquid solution of borax diluted water that is necessary to create and maintain slime in its proper gooey consistency through chemical reaction.


Every order will be provided with a bag of borax powder and instructions on creating a slime activator to fix sticky slime. Add a few drops of slime activator you’ve created into a sticky slime and knead until you reach your desired consistency. Make sure you don’t add too much activator at once to avoid over-activating your slime.


How do I fix my stiff slime?

Slimes can become stiff and hard especially in colder months due to the nature of slime ingredients. However, don’t worry! This can be easily fixed by multiple ways:


Opaque slimes: Add small amounts of lotion to the slime and knead until you reach the desired consistency.

Clear slimes: Leave the slime in an airtight container in a warm place for a few days for the slime to thaw and soften up.


How do I fix my sticky slime?

Slimes can become sticky especially in hotter months due to the nature of slime ingredients. You can fix this by adding a slime activator into your slime and knead it until you reach the desired consistency. Make sure to not use too much activator as it can result in a stiff slime.


Tips on caring for your slime

To keep your slime in a good state for as long as possible, make sure to wash your hands before playing and play on a clean surface to avoid debris or bacteria from getting into your slime. After playing, store your slime in an airtight container and a cool environment. Reactivate your slime frequently using slime activator to avoid your slime from melting.


I got slime on my carpet. What should I do?

The easiest way to remove slime stains is by mixing 50% white vinegar with 50% cold water. Spot test the mixture before using on delicate fabrics or surfaces.


Spray the mixture onto the stain and use a soft brush to work slime loose from the carpet. Use a dry paper towel to remove the slime. Repeat this process until the slime is fully off of the carpet or fabric.


I mixed my slime with the add-in and now it is overflowing.

Many of our DIY slimes come with extra ‘add-ins’ that you can mix into the slime. Most DIY slime add-ins come in an 8oz airtight deli container that you can store the extra slime in. If you need more air-tight containers to store your overflowing slime, you can purchase our empty 6oz containers here


I am purchasing slime for a gift. How early can I buy slime in advance?

Many of our slimes have unique traits and add-ins. We recommend purchasing your slimes closest to the gifting date. Please refer to our shipping method transit times to determine the timeframe of your delivery.
